A few years ago, I was heavier, softer, and training without a clear system.

My body fat was around 28%.
I lifted. I worked hard.

But effort without structure only gets you so far.

Instead of chasing extremes, I rebuilt my approach:

  • Consistent barbell training

  • Volume I could recover from

  • Nutrition that supported training

  • Patience instead of punishment

Today, I weigh about the same, but my body fat is closer to 18%.

That means:

  • More muscle

  • Less fat

  • Better movement

  • Better energy

  • Strength I can actually maintain

This didn’t come from hacks or intensity for intensity’s sake.
It came from doing the right things, long enough.
