How We Coach
Coaching happens inside The Iron Covenant, where members train using The Path of the Forge and are supported by the Brotherhood of Becoming. This is structured, intelligent strength for real life.
Jeff Benedek is the founder and head coach of Barbells & Brotherhood, a strength path for men 35+ who refuse to decay, drift, or outsource their strength. His work is rooted in barbell training, disciplined habits, and simple conditioning—tools used not for vanity, but for longevity, capability, and self-respect.
Barbells & Brotherhood is built on the belief that strength is a responsibility. Through structured training and shared standards, Jeff leads the Brotherhood of Becoming—a community of men committed to showing up, carrying weight, and becoming harder to break over time. The goal is not endless optimization, but steady forging: bodies made resilient, minds made durable, and lives strengthened through action.
