A: No. All programs are designed to start where you are, whether you’re new to strength training or returning after a break.

A: Most men spend 3–4 sessions per week. Each session is 30-45 minutes (not including cardio), structured efficiently.
Q: Is this online or in-person?
A: Coaching is primarily online with app-based tracking.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Basic barbell and dumbbell setup, bench, and space for bodyweight movements. A gym with machines is ideal, but not needed. Modifications are provided when needed.
Q: Can I pay monthly?
A: Yes, optional monthly payment plans are available. The founding rate is a single 12-week payment.
